I’ve Been Where You Are. Now I’ll Help You Get Out.
You already know something needs to change. You’ve probably made promises to quit, but keep ending up back in the cycle. After spending over 2 decades gambling, I finally found a way out — and my mission is to help you find yours too.
I spent over 2 decades in this. Then I figured out what actually works.
My first memory of gambling was being eleven years old, opening a Nevada ticket for my grandmother and winning the top prize. It was a euphoric feeling — not just how good it felt to win, but the concept that there was a way to get ahead in life without doing any work.
Fast forward to me at thirty-nine years old. I had spent the better part of my life chasing that feeling. Trying to somehow beat the system. Using gambling as an escape for every situation that brought discomfort. And now the bill had come due. Not just financially. But having to confront the fact that I had spent more or less my whole life never really understanding who I was or developing myself. Over the years, I’d pushed people away. No matter how dire things got, no matter how many promises I made to stop and to change my ways, I kept going back.
Once I finally came to accept that I had a serious problem that I was having trouble figuring out on my own, I came to understand that I didn’t simply have a willpower problem. As I started working on myself, understanding what was at the root of driving my gambling, and stringing together time away from gambling, something clicked. I began to see how all of that suffering, all of those years, and everything I’d learned finding my way out could actually be useful to someone else.
For the first time in my life I felt like I had a true calling — something worth putting all of my energy into. I’ve been in recovery for 6 years. I’ve been trained and certified as both a Life & Wellness and Recovery Coach. This is what I do with it.

There’s no one-size-fits-all plan here. We start by understanding your specific situation, then build a personalized approach around you.
- → Understanding why you gamble — the root causes, not just the symptoms
- → A personalized plan built around your specific life and situation
- → Evidence-based tools to make gambling harder to access and navigate urges
- → Setting meaningful, realistic goals for a life beyond gambling
- → Learning to navigate setbacks without losing ground
- → A structure of accountability that keeps you moving forward
This might be for you if…
- • You’re ready to do the work but don’t know where to start
- • You’ve tried GA and/or therapy but found it wasn’t the right fit — or you’re looking for something to complement it
- • You’re exhausted from living a double life — hiding the truth from the people you love, covering your tracks, and carrying the constant fear that sooner or later it will all come out. You’re tired of running.
- • You’ve tried quitting or cutting back on your own but keep ending up back in the cycle
- • You’re tired of feeling like gambling is running your life
- • You want support rebuilding the areas gambling has affected — finances, relationships, self-trust
- • You’re looking for a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space to do this work
- • You need to know that your privacy is completely protected
- • You want to work with someone who hasn’t just studied this — but lived it, worked through it, and built a path out
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
I spent over 2 decades waiting for the “perfect” moment to change. I can tell you that the moment never comes. You will never feel completely ready. What I can say is that taking the leap of faith into the unknown was the best decision I ever made.
