Does this sound familiar?

Another week, another paycheck gone.

You promised yourself last week that this time was the last time. And yet every time Friday comes, you find yourself on your phone: making bets, hitting the roulette wheel, or chasing the next crypto moonshot. It’s almost like sleepwalking, or like you’re under a spell. But the paychecks keep being spent as soon as they hit your bank account, and the consequences are piling up.

You work your ass off and have nothing to show for it. You’ve kept your wife, your parents, your friends, or your business partner from finding out… so far. The guilt of constantly lying is eating away at you. You’re not sleeping. You’re barely eating. The only light you get is from pixels on your screen. You lie awake at night staring at the ceiling, running the numbers, wondering how you’re ever going to get out of this mess.

If you’re reading this and nodding along, know this:  you’re not weak, you’re not broken, and you’re not alone. I know, because I was once that person.

My name is Chris. I gambled for over 20 years. Six years ago I stopped, and out of everything I learned walking that path, I built Reshuffling Life.

I know what it’s like to have gambling affecting every important area of your life: health, wealth, relationships, and happiness. I also know that however hopeless things feel right now, there is a way out.

I didn’t stop by surrendering to it, calling it a disease, or committing to “one day at a time” for the rest of my life. I did it by understanding what was actually driving it, building protections that worked for my life, and creating something worth more than the temporary high of a win.

Maybe you’ve tried GA. Maybe you’ve tried therapy. Maybe you’ve just been white-knuckling it alone. If those haven’t worked, there’s nothing wrong with you. They simply weren’t the right tools for someone like you.

Here’s what most people miss: they look at gambling as the problem. And look, I`m not denying the reality that an empty bank account is a major problem. But what a lot of people miss is that gambling is actually providing something: a way to escape the weight of life, a hit of purpose, a feeling of being alive. Until we understand what it’s solving for, we’re just fighting the symptom. That’s what I specialise in: helping you discover what’s truly driving your gambling, beyond the money.

Most of my clients describe the same thing when it comes to actually stopping: they get an urge, and before they’ve even made a conscious decision, they’re already in the app and losing. I teach techniques to create space and make a different choice between the urge and the action — because that gap is where everything changes. And when needed, we install real physical barriers: self-exclusion, blocking software, locked accounts. Friction that buys you time when willpower isn’t enough.

No powerlessness. No life sentence. That’s what makes this different from everything else you’ve tried.

It’s not a cookie-cutter program. It’s not a lecture. It’s a partnership, built around your life, your strengths, and your goals. We build toward something: the person you want to become, and a life that makes gambling irrelevant.

Just a clear plan, and someone who’s walked the whole path beside you.

If you’re ready to stop managing this and start reclaiming your life — let’s talk.
