Does this sound familiar?

You know the feeling.
Waking up with regret after gambling away money you couldn’t afford to lose. Scrambling to figure out how you’ll put food on the table or gas in the car this week. That sinking feeling in your gut when you check your bank account, the phone rings, or when another letter marked “Urgent” arrives in the mail.

It is the exhaustion of living a double life.
Boasting about your wins, staying silent on the losses. Trying to remember which lie you told to whom. Smiling and saying “nothing” when people ask what’s wrong, while on the inside, your life has become chaos.
You keep telling yourself you can fix this on your own. You promise yourself “just one more time” and then you’ll stop. But the cycle keeps repeating, the isolation grows, and the snowball gets bigger.

If this sounds like you, I get it. I have been there myself.
I know what it’s like to feel alone—to believe that no one will understand and that nothing will ever change.
But I am here to tell you that change is possible.

Gambling doesn’t have to be a life sentence.
There is a path forward.

It is why I`ve dedicated my work to guiding people back towards what they really want: peace, stability, freedom. And it all starts with one conversation.

Hi, I’m Chris.

Former Problem Gambler. 6 Years in Recovery. Certified Coach.

I didn’t learn recovery from a textbook. I learned it by living through the chaos, the debt, and the shame. And also what is possible once we decide to change.

But I didn’t find the way out on my own. For years, I told myself I was in control. That it wasn’t that bad. “Everyone has their vices, right?” That I could quit anytime I wanted. Eventually, the evidence became too compelling to ignore. The illusion of being in control, or quitting whenever I chose, shattered.

Once I finally swallowed my pride and admitted that I couldn’t do it alone, I took the first small steps toward breaking free.

Everything changed when I started working with someone who didn’t see me as “broken.” They didn’t see me as someone needing fixing, or with a disease that needed curing. Instead, they saw someone competent, capable, and full of potential.
And above all else, they listened. Not with judgement, not so they could give advice, or tell me what to do-they simply created a space to let me process my thoughts.

I felt truly seen, heard, and understood. It was a life changing experience.

Often, we need someone who believes in us and our capacity for change.

Now, I do the same for others. Because I believe you can build the life you want. It’s just a question of how.

You don’t have to fit into a box to work with me.

  • You might be here because, like me, your life has become unmanageable and you want to stop completely.
  • You might want to regain control over your time and money without quitting entirely.
  • Or maybe you aren’t sure what you want yet.

That is okay. No matter your goals, coaching helps you get there.

Recovery isn’t a rigid program you have to follow. It is far more than just abstinence; it’s a life you get to build. There is no “right way” to do this. There is only your way.

Okay Chris, but what exactly is Recovery Coaching? What would we be working on together? Glad you asked. Below is a brief summary.

Is Coaching Right For Me?

Yes, if…
  • You want to stop or cut back, but can’t make it stick. You have tried willpower, but the cycle keeps repeating.
  • You want a plan, not a lecture. You are looking for evidence-based strategies, not moral judgment.
  • You want guidance from someone who has lived it. You value real-world experience over textbook theory.
  • You value 100% privacy. You want support without the risk of permanent records with insurance companies or government agencies.
  • You’ve tried other options. Maybe therapy or GA didn’t resonate, or maybe you are looking for a modern, personalized alternative.
  • You want to fix the whole picture. You are ready to work on everything beyond the bet: financial repair, emotional regulation, and rebuilding trust.
If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
